Kingston Standard Church is a community focused on helping people connect with God.

Our vision is to glorify God by being a healthy church, accessible to all, beginning with those in our sphere of influence.

Whether you have already begun a journey with God, or are searching for a place to begin, you are welcome to join us.

As a church, we are evangelical in outlook seeing the story of Jesus' life, death and resurrection as good news for all people. John 3:16-17 highlights our perspective. " For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him."

Coffee Time Following Sunday Service
Why do we have coffee time? One of our five commitments as a church is that "the people of KSC will connect with each other." Coffee time gives an opportunity to greet visitors and newcomers, keep in touch with others in our congregation, and become better acquainted with those you might not know as well. Connecting with others helps us provide the support and love each of us needs to flourish and grow.

Prayer Chain Available for Emergencies!
People in our church have made a commitment to pray, day or night, for situations of an immediate or crisis nature. Activate the prayer chain by contacting the church office at 613-542-1323 or office@kschurch.ca.

Intercessory Prayer
To share your prayer concerns, please fill out the card in the hymnal rack and place in the offering plate. Or, you can contact the church office at 613-542-1323 or office@kschurch.ca. Your prayer request will be conveyed to the pastors, prayer groups, or put in the bulletin as you specify.

Regular updates help us to pray more effectively and give thanks for answers. Please keep us posted!

Services

Sunday service and junior church begin at 10:30am.

Coffee fellowship follows immediately after morning service.

Supervised nursery is available.

Feel free to contact us with any questions you have.

Accessible Facility. Enter at rear off of main parking lot. Elevator and accessible bathrooms available on both levels. Hearing assist devices are available at the sound booth.

What's Happening ...

FAMILY DAY AT THE LAKE! Silver Lake Wesleyan Camp, Monday, February 20, 2012. 9:00am-5:00pm. The day includes skating, cross country skiing, toboganning, snoeshoeing, ice fishing, Dog Sled runs, Horse Drawn Sleigh Rides and more! Homemade stew and chili, hot dogs and marshmallows to roast over a cozy campfire! The cost is Adult $12.00, Child $5.00, and family max of $30.00 which includes all activities, food and taxes. If you missed the plea for recipes in the last bulletin advertisement, then here is your chance to get IN THE BOOK. We would like as many of your favourite recipes as possible. Also include your family’s favourite meal from Salad to Main Course to Dessert.
To help our cause, the fine for late library material will be "your family’s favourite recipe." See a sample on the door to the library. Let’s make it a family effort!
